A burger that is very expensive is the x burger which was created by Chef Ciaran Hickey, this burger is made up of Australian Wagyu beef topped with shaved black truffles on a brioche bun and seared foie gras. The burger is also topped with some fresh asparagus, tomato, wild pine mushrooms, grilled red onion and a lobster tail and also added is a dark red wine truffle sauce, sauce selection of brunoise tomato salsa and truffle aioli.
