The restaurant is one of popular chef Alain Ducasse outpost, he was giving an award on lifetime achievement at the 2013 50 Best Restaurants in the world. Ducasse’s cookbooks, restaurants, cooking schools, and consulting activities made profits of over $15 million in a single year, and has be improving ever since! Beige provides French cuisine with Japanese ingredients which are seasonal. It features include a cep and matsutake mushroom menu, or a three-or-four-course dinner respectively.
