There is a restaurant in New York City’s Time Warner Center named Masa, it is an experience and also it is a meal. Diners are advice to dress well by Chef Masa Takayama to allow for a three hour multi-course culinary event. Customers are seated and giving a series of dishes which are fresh and straight from the kitchen, so there is no set menu.
